Thank you for shopping with Nadico Gallery. We take great care in packaging and delivering your artwork safely.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. We ship within Canada and internationally.

Domestic Shipping (Canada) Standard shipping typically takes 5–10 business days after processing.

International Shipping International orders typically take 10–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs processing times.

Packaging Every artwork is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Prints are shipped in protective tubes or flat mailers, and original works are wrapped and boxed securely.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Customs & Duties International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
